We always need volunteers. Whether you have an hour a day or an entire day, there are many ways you can help us.

FOSTER FAMILIES – we need good homes to take in and care for our pets as we look for permanent homes. Some pets need medical care or have behavioral issues, but most will just need some TLC.  Click HERE for more information on fostering.  Click HERE for our foster application form.

ADOPTION EVENTS – We often attend adoption events to give our animals the best possible exposure to find their new home. We need people to help set up or break down our equipment (tents, tables, chairs, cages, signage, etc.), walk the dogs, clean up after puppies, speak with potential adopters, sell fundraising items … the list goes on. You can help for all or part of our events, depending on your availability.

FUNDRAISERS – We frequently attend events where we are unable to bring our dogs. At these, we set up a table and hand out information about Mystery Dog Rescue and sell fundraising items such as car magnets and toys. We need help.

SPECIAL PROJECTS – From time to time we have jobs that come up in which we could use help. We may need to make signs for an upcoming event, or make goodie bags for adopters, or hand out flyers. The more help we get, the faster we can complete projects.
